Your first app
You’ll get hands-on experience developing a simple project with AI, from the initial brief and first features to checking the result. We’ll adapt the scope to your experience.
Have an idea for an app but don’t know where to start? In four one-on-one lessons, you’ll create a small working project with the help of AI. You’ll understand what happens during development, how to give AI clear instructions and how to check its results. No prior programming experience or unnecessary memorization required.

You’ll get hands-on experience developing a simple project with AI, from the initial brief and first features to checking the result. We’ll adapt the scope to your experience.
You’ll gain a basic understanding of frontend, backend, APIs, databases and hosting, and why the differences matter.
You’ll learn to write a clear brief, plan smaller steps, set rules for AI and review code changes.
You’ll try Git, basic testing, debugging and code review. We’ll also look at common risks to watch out for.
How the web works and what the frontend and backend do. We’ll choose a simple project, use AI to prepare a clear brief and create the first version that runs locally.
Coding agents, context, project rules, planning smaller tasks and Git. You’ll practice adding a feature to your app, reviewing changes and following a safe workflow.
A basic introduction to JavaScript, HTTP, APIs, databases and server-side technologies (PHP and Node.js). Using your project, we’ll show how data flows and what belongs on the server.
Debugging, testing, static analysis and code review with AI. Basic security principles, differences between types of hosting and a demonstration of deploying a suitable simple app.
We’ll meet online for four 90-minute sessions, with the pace and schedule tailored to you. Each lesson combines a short explanation with hands-on work on your app. Between sessions, expect to spend approximately 1–2 hours on small assignments. We’ll start with a no-obligation consultation to choose a realistic project scope together. The goal isn’t to become a professional programmer in six hours, but to gain a practical foundation for creating your own projects with AI.
The price includes four 90-minute online lessons, individual guidance, materials, and assignments between lessons. We will discuss any additional costs for paid AI tools, a domain, or hosting in advance. If you enjoy development, we can arrange further lessons.
It is for complete beginners and people who have already tried creating something with AI but want to better understand its output. It is suitable for anyone who wants to start a small project of their own and learn how to think about development.
No. Basic computer skills and a willingness to try new things are enough. You do not need to know HTML, JavaScript, or how to use a terminal; we will explain the necessary basics using practical examples.
Ideally, we will start with your idea, such as a simple planner, to-do list, or tracking tool. During the initial consultation, we will simplify it into a small, realistically manageable version. If you do not have an idea, I will prepare a suitable sample project. It does not have to be a full-fledged application with its own server and database.
We will work with one selected AI coding agent and a simple web project. You will get hands-on experience with an editor, Git, and the basics of JavaScript. We will also look at the differences between frontend, backend, PHP, Node.js, databases, and hosting. The goal is not to master everything in depth, but to understand how the pieces fit together; we will choose an AI tool based on the options available at the time.
AI will be your main assistant in building the application, but we will not just blindly accept its output. You will learn how to prepare requirements and a plan, set boundaries for the agent, review changes, verify that things work, and recognize when you need to be careful.
In addition to the four 90-minute sessions, I recommend setting aside approximately 1–2 hours between lessons for small assignments and trying out techniques. This way, you can spend more of our time together creating and less time reviewing.
A computer with an internet connection and the ability to make online calls. We will choose a development environment and a suitable AI tool based on your device. If a paid AI subscription or hosting is needed, we will explain the options and possible costs in advance. You do not need to know Docker or other advanced tools beforehand.
You will have your first small working project and a basic understanding of modern development. You will be able to ask AI to make a small change, review the result, and perform a simple check. You will also understand what a simple browser-based application can do and when a server or database is needed. The course is not a substitute for long-term study of programming.

I started building websites at the age of twelve, later studied computer science at Masaryk University, and have been developing web applications professionally since 2018. I work with PHP, JavaScript, and React, contribute to AI projects, and help developers build independence and technical thinking as a technical lead and mentor. In this course, I combine practical experience with a personalized approach to teaching.
