LeadReady – a mobile assistant for 1-on-1s

A mobile app born from my own experience managing people. It helps maintain continuity between 1-on-1 meetings, organize notes, and quickly prepare for the next meeting with AI.

The idea, implementation, and first users

From a personal need to a product
1

The challenge

When conducting 1-on-1s, I needed to maintain continuity between conversations. Notes in paper notebooks and occasional use of AI gradually stopped being sufficient.

2

The solution

I designed a mobile app to keep a history of 1-on-1s and prepare for future meetings with AI. I focused on the essential MVP features and made extensive use of AI-assisted development during implementation.

3

The result

LeadReady is a publicly available production app with its first real users. I use their feedback to continue developing the product.

Product thinking

More than building an app: validating its value

LeadReady brings together my experience managing people and developing software. The goal is to keep meeting notes organized and use conversation history to prepare for the next 1-on-1.

While preparing the MVP, I considered what truly delivers value, what can wait, and how to validate the idea as quickly as possible. During implementation, I made extensive use of AI as a development tool and focused on defining requirements, functionality, and feedback.

Building your own product also means thinking about usability, communication with users, distribution, and long-term improvement—not just the code itself.
